GENERAL INQUIRY:

What should we wear?   I always advise my clients to coordinate, but avoid overly matching one another.  Neutrals photograph best, but bold colors look great also if done sparingly.

How long do sessions last?   Newborn sessions last anywhere from 2-3 hours, depending on how often baby needs to eat.  Family sessions last anywhere from 60-90 minutes.

What happens after the session?   Please allow 2-3 weeks for the editing process, however, a sneak peek will be sent within the first couple of days.

What if my child is shy?   Fear not!  In all of my years photographing children, I have yet to encounter one who doesn’t eventually warm up to me.  For those who need some extra time to get comfortable in front of the camera, I’m happy to allow it.

My mom is in town. Can she come along?   All photo sessions include up to six people before there is an additional charge.  If your mom (or your uncle, etc.) fits within that limit, bring them along!  If bringing extra family will put you over the six person limit, please be aware that there will be an additional fee.

May I copy or scan my prints after I purchase them?   If you have received a print release with the package that you purchase, you are free to use those.  Otherwise, copying or scanning of any prints are a violation of copyright laws.

Do my final images come in color, black & white, and sepia tones?   I edit a variety of both color and black and white images in each session.  As I consider each photograph a piece of fine art, I use my discretion as to which process would be best for that particular shot.
